Anderson Law Firm understands that during this time you need a divorce lawyer that can clearly explain the entire process, your options and every legal avenue that is available to you.

SC DUI

In South Carolina, the law states that an individual is unable to drive safely if their blood alcohol content is 0.08% or above.  Keep in mind that you can still be arrested and prosecuted if your BAC is below 0.08%.

It is always a good idea to seek counsel as soon as you have been charged. Contact us today. You can reach us online, or by telephone toll free at (803) 980-5252.

Child Support

South Carolina and North Carolina established guidelines to calculate the amount of child support the paying parent is required to pay. Contrary to what some parents believe, child support is not intended to punish the person required to pay it or reward the parent who receives it. Child support is for the benefit of the child, and the obligation to pay child support cannot be discharged through bankruptcy or unemployment.

Wills & Trusts

With the assistance of an experienced attorney, a legally drafted will can help protect your family, to avoid unnecessary estate taxes and to carry out your wishes with for your estate.
